Metamorphosis Properties is an integrated real estate company that offers solutions specifically tailored to the Real Estate Investor. It was founded in 2019 by Benjamin and Miesha Hewitt, a husband and wife team with a passion for helping people.

Benjamin has over a decade of experience in the Southwest Florida Real Estate industry. Starting out as a property manager, he quickly developed a hunger for the world of Real Estate Investing. He later transitioned into institutional investing working for two prominent, national funds. Benjamin has served on the board of his local Realtor Association and has been a multi-million dollar producing agent multiple years.

Miesha is a licensed attorney in the State of Florida specializing in business and real estate law. Miesha is also an approved title insurance agent for Attorneys’ Title Fund Services. Miesha’s experience in the foreclosure process, evictions, HOA disputes, and contractor and tax liens, among other areas, allows our team to effectively and efficiently resolve many disputes and title issues in-house.
